Gilles Emery, OP, was born and grew up in the Swiss Alps. He is Professor of Dogmatic Theology at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. His publications include La Trinite Creatrice; Trinity in Aquinas; Trinity, Church, and the Human Person: Thomistic Essays; The Trinitarian Theology of Saint Thomas Aquinas; and The Trinity: An Introduction to Catholic Doctrine on the Triune God.
